Since its beginnings, Catalay has grown around a simple idea: when employees grow, the company grows too. I believe in engineering that stays close to the client, is practical, and looks towards the future. Values such as commitment, honesty, and positivity are important to me, both at Catalay and in my personal life. At the end of the day, I try to keep things simple: striving to do better every day.

Nearly 10 years ago, I joined Catalay for my very first job. Since then, my mission has remained the same: bringing people together, creating opportunities, and helping others grow. You know my name, but not my story. Let’s fix that over a coffee at the office.

After obtaining a Master’s degree in Business Engineering, I decided to kick off my professional career as a Talent Acquisition at Catalay. I love the team's positive mindset and helping people shape their career paths.

Providing quality service to our clients and engineering consultants is one of my top priorities at Catalay. I focus on service in the energy sector, from production to distribution. I am open-minded and curious person, enjoying sports in my free time.

With a degree in human resources and strategic communications, it was natural for me to start a job that combined my two passions: what could be better than recruitment! Being in regular contact with different people every day and making sure they find their right path is my motto. At Catalay, I'm pushed to always give my best while being surrounded by a caring and honest team with just a pinch of craziness.

I'm a highly enthusiastic and optimistic individual with a profound love for exploring new places, culinary adventures, and spending quality time with my beloved dog. I consistently aim for excellence and endeavor to foster a positive environment. Collaborating with me entails partnering with someone who possesses a strong passion for HR and a dedicated commitment to ensuring people's well-being and satisfaction.

A motorcycle enthusiast in my free time, I enjoy sports and playing chess. My background in occupational psychology naturally led me toward a people-focused path, where I support individuals in making meaningful career choices while helping our clients grow and develop.

I started my professional adventure in the world of sales, and I quickly realised that what I liked best was meeting new people and understanding their needs so that I could help them as best as I could.

It was therefore quite natural for me to move into recruitment after a few years, so that I could provide even more support to people in their professional lives. I'm convinced that it's the encounters and exchanges that help us move forward, both personally and professionally. That's why I put all my energy into understanding candidates, so that together we can find the right match.
