What retiring at Catalay looks like: Celebrating Minh's career

Ever walked into a room and seen dozens of versions of yourself staring back at you?
Project consultant Hoang Minh Nguyen has, and for the best possible reason.

After a long and accomplished career in engineering, Minh is heading into a well‑deserved retirement. Of course, we couldn’t let him leave without a proper celebration, so we surprised him with a goodbye party… with custom Minh masks to mark the occasion.

With his expertise in HVAC, energy efficiency, and programming, Minh played a major role in shaping our engineering projects. For more than three years at Catalay, he contributed to several key initiatives related to sustainability.

One highlight was his involvement in one of GSK’s projects, helping drive the company toward its 2030 goal of reaching zero CO₂ emissions. It was a project that aligned deeply with Minh’s values and a theme that guided his entire career.

To honor his dedication and achievements, we wanted his farewell to be as memorable as the impact he leaves behind. 

We’ll remember the care you put into everything, and how you built your life from the ground up in Belgium, pursuing a field you were truly passionate about. We’ll remember your presence at our events and the positivity you brought to the team.
