Electrical Project Engineer

Job description

We are looking for an electrical project engineer to oversee the technical aspects of electrical projects, from preparation through to completion. You will work closely with the project team, suppliers and the construction site.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare technical documents, calculations and specifications

• Translate project requirements into practical designs and execution plans

• Prepare and monitor orders for materials

• Coordinate with suppliers and technical partners

• Be present on site and take part in site meetings

• Contribute to the launch of the project and monitor its delivery

• Ensure compliance with the schedule and technical quality standards

• Test and inspect installations

• Ensure that plans, drawings and work instructions are correct and up to date

Profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, electromechanics or a technical discipline, or equivalent experience

• Strong technical foundation and an interest in project engineering

• Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• Team player with a strong sense of responsibility

• Methodical, able to work under pressure and solution-oriented

• Good knowledge of Dutch and English

• Motivated and eager to learn
