Chargé d’affaires (H/F)

What you'll do

Our client is a growing provider of technical services to industry, connecting detailed engineering with construction at end-user sites. The work combines layout and installation planning with electrical, instrumentation and automation expertise. As Chargé d’affaires, you will contribute across the project lifecycle, bringing together commercial development, technical coordination and site management to deliver projects against agreed budgets and schedules.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain client relationships, identify prospects and assess client needs, providing technical support.

• Assess project feasibility and risks, define the resources required, prepare estimates and write technical and commercial proposals.

• Lead projects across technical, people and financial aspects, coordinating internal teams and acting as the link between clients and services.

• Supervise site work with team leaders and technicians, monitoring progress, contractual compliance and financial performance.

• Promote health, safety and environmental requirements, and prepare project feedback to support continuous improvement.

What you bring

• Proficiency with IT tools and project management methods.

• Experience managing teams.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

• Technical knowledge relevant to the field of work.

• A rigorous, responsible approach, with the ability to report progress and raise concerns promptly.
