We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead major projects related to the construction and maintenance of high-voltage (HV) towers. This role involves both technical and managerial responsibilities for large-scale projects, including one of Belgium’s largest energy initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the mechanical construction of HV towers (no electrical work).
- Coordinate teams and subcontractors across multiple sites.
- Ensure compliance with deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Manage planning, monitoring, and reporting for projects.
- Contribute to strategy and process optimization for complex projects.
- Travel frequently to construction sites across Belgium, mainly in Flanders.
Profil recherché
- Experience: Several years (medior/senior) in technical project management (mechanical construction).
- Languages: Bilingual French/Dutch (Dutch speaking with a strong level of French is preferred).
- Leadership: Strong ability to manage teams and large-scale projects (100 millions €).
- Mobility: Willing to travel frequently across Belgium.
