Wat zal je doen

• Lead, motivate, coach and manage a project team of multidisciplinary technical engineers and draftsmen/BIM modelers.
• Manage the contractual agreements between the client and Tractebel
• Be responsible for the budget, the timing and the quality of the engineering tasks (calculations, notes, tender specifications) and the models delivered by Tractebel.
• Manage the project in execution phase :
  • responsible for ensuring that the budget, the timing and the quality of the engineering and execution works is executed as required
  • make sure that the assigned projects will be executed in accordance to the quality system and the H&S rules.
• Manage the mechanical, electrical, safety, security and all specialist engineering within the project and assist during the commissioning phase
• Report the planning of the projects on weekly base and financial progress for all projects on monthly basis.
• Respond to the wishes and needs of the client
• Work together with the project team, external partners (such as architects, other design and engineering consultancies, contractors during the construction phase, etc.) and clients in a constructive way.

Wie we zoeken

• Master Degree in Engineering
• VCA is needed.
• At least 5 years of experience in project management
• Very good knowledge of technical installations within a building (MEP)
• Very good knowledge of Dutch and English (knowledge of French is an added value)
• Strong analytical skills
• Good team player and you aim at meeting the Client’s expectations
• Manage of MS Office
• Knowledge of Autocad is a plus
• Knowledge of BIM software (REVIT, Naviswork, Stabicad…) is a plus
• Able towork autonomously, efficiently to meet personal and general objectives
• Dynamic and have excellent communication skills
• Flexible,good organiser
