The opportunity

Our client is delivering new security systems projects in commercial and industrial environments. As Project Manager, you will oversee every stage, from initial studies through to commissioning. You will coordinate internal teams, suppliers and partners, supported by two deputy project managers, to ensure project commitments are met.

Your responsibilities

  • Carry out technical studies and prepare proposals for new projects.

  • Manage their delivery and coordinate internal teams, suppliers, subcontractors and joint contractors to meet deadlines, costs and technical requirements.

  • Monitor orders, project progress and invoicing.

  • Organise project handover, user training and the delivery of as-built files and the necessary documentation.

  • Carry out technical studies and report to the site manager and the client’s representatives.

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, electronics, automation, control systems, IT or an equivalent field.

  • At least 8 years’ experience in the design and installation of security systems in commercial or industrial environments.

  • Strong technical project management skills and a good knowledge of security systems and technologies.

  • Proficiency in English is required for this role.

  • Experience coordinating teams and monitoring costs, deadlines, orders and invoicing.

What we offer

  • A full-time role with Catalay, working within the client’s team.

  • A position based in Brussels, with an on-site presence.

  • Remote working may be permitted for up to two days per month, subject to the client’s prior approval and operational requirements. It must not compromise business continuity, team coordination or the meeting of deadlines. In your absence, at least one of the two deputy project managers must be present on site.

  • Start date: Early 2027
