Starting a new project is easier when you have someone to rely on. That’s why every new Catalay consultant is paired with an experienced colleague, a buddy.
Your buddy helps you get up to speed with Catalay’s processes and culture, from your first timesheet to your first company event. If you’re at the same client, they can also show you around, grab lunch, and help you understand the client’s way of working.
Even when you’re based at different locations, your buddy is there as a go-to person for questions, concerns, or simply a friendly connection to Catalay.
