HVAC Project Manager

What you'll do

Our client operates in the HVAC installation sector and delivers medium-sized to large projects in non-residential construction. As an HVAC project manager, you oversee these projects from design to handover. You coordinate the teams and partners involved to ensure agreed commitments are met and contribute to customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities

• You oversee HVAC projects, from preliminary studies and engineering through to handover and aftercare.

• You coordinate the design office, site teams, suppliers, subcontractors and clients.

• You plan the work and ensure that deadlines, budgets, quality standards and safety requirements are met.

• You are the client's main point of contact and monitor their satisfaction.

• You anticipate risks, make the necessary decisions and implement technical and operational improvements.

Your profile

• You have at least five years' experience managing HVAC projects, preferably in non-residential construction.

• You have thorough knowledge of HVAC installations and experience in project management and construction site organisation.

• You have a degree in industrial engineering or a bachelor's degree in electromechanics, or equivalent experience.

• You communicate fluently in French and Dutch.

• You are proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook and project management tools.
