What you'll do
The opportunity
Our client operates in an industrial production environment where equipment reliability and plant availability are essential. To support these priorities, you will lead asset reliability initiatives and continuous improvement projects. You will support the technical teams in optimising maintenance, while contributing to quality, safety and cost control objectives.
Your responsibilities

Optimise maintenance activities to ensure the availability and reliability of industrial equipment.

Define and implement preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance strategies.

Manage technical teams and organise schedules, priorities and resources.

Lead continuous improvement and investment projects, from defining requirements through to delivery.

Monitor performance indicators and conduct failure analyses to define corrective and preventive actions.
Your profile
-
Degree in industrial or civil engineering, specialising in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automation or industrial strategy, or a bachelor’s degree with substantial relevant experience.

At least five years’ experience in a similar role, with experience in an industrial environment or at a production site.

Experience managing technical teams and CAPEX projects.

Knowledge of maintenance strategies and RCM, FMEA and RCA methodologies; experience with SAP PM CMMS.

Good communication skills in French and technical English.
An advantage, but not essential: CMRP certification.
