Wat zal je doen
Provide technical expertise (elec and mecha) and leadership to ensure the successful installation of the client modules at the customer's site. Coordinates and gives instructions to the client's subcontracting teams on site. Knows the assembly plans of the different modules to be assembled.
Answers questions from subcontractors of the customer = general contractor (engineers, fitters, assemblers) and the customer = DCS (engineers).
Main tasks :
• Leadership Technique
• Provide technical direction to the General Contractor.
• Guide the General Contractor assembly teams in case of need or problem.
• Technical Problem Solving
• Identify and resolve technical issues encountered by the team.
• Provide technical support to resolve critical incidents.
• Training : train DCS engineers and operators on the use of structures
• Collaboration
• Work closely with other functional teams (design, QA, operations, etc.) to ensure the smooth integration of different modules
Wie we zoeken
- Electromeca Engineer (or if Project coordinator is a Mechanic Engineer then ok for Electrical Engineer as Technical Leader)
- You already have experience in the management of project/installation of equipment in piping, metal constructions and electrical equipment...
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Time management: Managing a client involves prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and maximizing efficiency.
- Adaptability and decision-making: Ability to adapt to changes and adjust plans accordingly. Must be able to react quickly in the event of a problem.
- Leadership: Ability to motivate and guide the project team without necessarily having formal hierarchical authority over all members.
- Team spirit: Internal collaboration is often necessary. The Technical Lead must work closely with the Logistic Lead, the teams in Belgium and the subcontractors on site
- Fluency English is mandatory – French is a plus
