What you'll do
Follow-up and coordination of work in preparation for the execution of pigging operations and in-line inspections on-site, in collaboration with the project manager and the pigging coordinator.
Quality control during the execution of the work (plans, technical specifications, execution methods, etc.).
Monitoring and ensuring daily safety (compliance with instructions, VCA aspects, work preparation, etc.).
Adherence to the schedule during the execution of the work (intervention deadlines, coordination of external and internal stakeholders, etc.).
Control and compliance with the budget (monitoring performed tasks, tracking work under management and fixed contracts, etc.).
Administrative tasks during the execution of the work (placing orders, receiving materials, measuring completed quantities, preparing settlements).
Who we're looking for
You hold a Bachelor's degree in Electromechanics or another technical field.
You have a very good command of Dutch and French, and a basic knowledge of technical English, both spoken and written.
Experience in piping is an asset.
Your key qualities include: initiative and organizational skills, problem-solving ability, strong communication, precision, critical thinking, and flexibility.
You are willing to make professional (national) trips to different construction sites.
A VCA diploma and a First Aid/Industrial Helper certificate are essential; you are willing to obtain these qualifications in the short term. If you do not have them, Catalay will assist you in obtaining them.
