What you'll do

Your responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a strong network with key market stakeholders (engineering offices, project managers, end clients, procurement teams, installers, etc.).
  • Ensure the follow-up and retention of the existing client portfolio while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Actively prospect new clients and high-potential markets with a proactive, hunter-oriented approach.
  • Understand client needs and analyze market trends to guide commercial actions.
  • Implement the commercial strategy defined by management and propose local initiatives (events, commercial actions, presentations).
  • Participate in national professional events to strengthen the company’s visibility.
  • Continuously analyze internal products and solutions as well as those of partner networks, in collaboration with marketing and R&D teams.
  • Structure a clear and coherent offer (“solution menu”) to present to clients.
  • Prepare commercial offers and related documentation with the support of technical teams, ensuring full compliance with public and private tender requirements.
  • Draft regular reports on client visits, identified needs, and detected opportunities.
  • Work closely with sales and technical teams to ensure a consistent and effective approach.
  • Cover the entire assigned geographical area or business sector.

Who we're looking for

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in electromechanics (minimum).
  • Proficient in office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent command of Dutch and French.
  • Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to prepare quotations and understand technical offers.
  • Knowledge of applicable standards and regulations in the sector.
