What you'll do
Your responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a strong network with key market stakeholders (engineering offices, project managers, end clients, procurement teams, installers, etc.).
- Ensure the follow-up and retention of the existing client portfolio while identifying new business opportunities.
- Actively prospect new clients and high-potential markets with a proactive, hunter-oriented approach.
- Understand client needs and analyze market trends to guide commercial actions.
- Implement the commercial strategy defined by management and propose local initiatives (events, commercial actions, presentations).
- Participate in national professional events to strengthen the company’s visibility.
- Continuously analyze internal products and solutions as well as those of partner networks, in collaboration with marketing and R&D teams.
- Structure a clear and coherent offer (“solution menu”) to present to clients.
- Prepare commercial offers and related documentation with the support of technical teams, ensuring full compliance with public and private tender requirements.
- Draft regular reports on client visits, identified needs, and detected opportunities.
- Work closely with sales and technical teams to ensure a consistent and effective approach.
- Cover the entire assigned geographical area or business sector.
Who we're looking for
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in electromechanics (minimum).
- Proficient in office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent command of Dutch and French.
- Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to prepare quotations and understand technical offers.
- Knowledge of applicable standards and regulations in the sector.
