The Department you will be working for is part of the Division for Energy Transition & Integrated Solutions and operates within the Industry Segment of a major consultancy firm. The Department includes three Sections: Proximity, Nuclear Contracting, and Design, Engineering & (Fuel) Solutions.
Together, these Sections generate a turnover of +€30M and employ +400 people. Their mission is to provide comprehensive solutions to the nuclear sector, including onsite technical services & material handling, nuclear logistics, characterization, decontamination & dismantling projects, design & construction of nuclear packaging and tooling, and various expertise in specific nuclear areas.
For the Section of Design Engineering and (Fuel) Solutions, we are seeking a Project Engineer who will engage in both the technical and management aspects of our projects, working closely with other project engineers.
Who we're looking for
You have :
- An engineering degree in mechanics, chemistry, electromechanics,…
- Good knowledge of mechanical concepts (and applications within the nuclear sector are a plus)
- Relevant first experience (nuclear environment is a plus)
- General knowledge of some of the fields concerned: nuclear, radioprotection, chemistry, electricity, electromechanics, automation, hydraulics, etc;
- Be able to work well in an environment where several projects are taking place at the same time
- Good affinity with IT and office tools;
