What you'll do
- All responsibilities are made with the with the General Contractor
- Project Planning: Giving assistance for the developing schedules, defining objectives and deliverables, identifying and forecasting necessary resources (both material and human).
- Activity Coordination with the General Contractor : Ensuring communication between different teams and stakeholders, making sure everyone understands their role and responsibilities. Organizing the work to meet deadlines.
- Budget Monitoring: Managing project costs, tracking expenses, and adhering to budget limits. Handling extras: valuation and presentation to the client.
- Reporting and Documentation: Preparing regular reports on project progress, documenting decisions made and issues encountered. Participating in daily and weekly meetings with the client and the General Contractor.
- Risk Management: Proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation plans.
- Problem Solving: Addressing issues that arise during the project and finding effective solution
Who we're looking for
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project coordination
- Minimum experience of 2 data center installations/constructions
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Strong organizational skills.
