What you'll do
Within the operational maintenance department, you will be responsible for the team comprising automation engineers, control technicians and industrial IT technicians. You will report to the Maintenance Line Manager.
The role will include:
Team management and leadership

Supervise and plan the technicians’ work
-
Organise intervention schedules
-
Ensure the appropriate use of the CMMS
-
Develop employees’ skills
-
Organise team meetings and ensure that instructions are communicated effectively

Report to the manager and internal clients
Maintenance and technical support
-
Oversee the troubleshooting of automated systems in coordination with the maintenance team leaders

Actively participate in diagnostics and propose lasting solutions
-
Develop an external network of contacts
Safety

Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental rules

Ensure that installations comply with requirements following interventions
Your profile

You have a Master’s degree in electromechanics/automation or equivalent experience.

You have at least 5 years’ experience in industrial maintenance.

You have the ability to manage a team: to lead, communicate with members in a structured and clear way (both verbally and in writing), and bring people together around a shared objective.

Available to lead a team working shifts, you are self-reliant and keen to learn.

Your working methods enable you to approach diagnostics effectively in the event of a breakdown, repair or maintenance work.

You have basic IT skills enabling you to use tracking software (SAP, Excel, Word, etc.).

A commitment to doing work to a high standard is essential and required on a daily basis.

Knowledge of spoken and written technical English is required.
