We obtain information about you when you send us your resume via our website by clicking on hr@catalay.com or when you send us your resume by mail (hr@catalay.com or to your Business Manager) or through a telephone screening or face to face interview in our offices.

The personal information we collect might include your name, address, email address, languages skills, birth date, salary expectations, professional experiences and information regarding your career and professional expectations.

How is your information used? We may use your information to:

  • Save them in our candidates’ database;

  • Submit your resume to our customers;

  • Prepare a contract mentioning your name, address, function, salary package, ...

  • Contact you in the future for job opportunities

We are legally required to hold some types of information to fulfil our statutory obligations. We will hold your personal information on our systems for 2 years.
